Policies and Booking

 As an owner- operated motel, we do not have a 24/7 staffed front desk, so we greatly appreciate those guests who are able to book with us directly online through our website. Please do not call about future reservations after 9:30 pm at night.

Check-in begins after 3:30 pm. Early check-ins are allowed only with advance approval. To maintain our high standards we are typically preparing for the day's arrivals. If you arrive early please explore the town or enjoy our patio area.                         Check-out ends by 11 am. Later check-outs must be approved in advance or are subject to an additional fee of 25.00 up to the first hour.

Cancellation must be requested 24 hrs in advance by 3 pm for Sunday thru Thursday evenings or there will be a full charge. Cancellation up till 5 days in advance is required for a Friday or Saturday or there will be a full charge. There is a $25.00 per night per room cancellation fee any other time. 

 All buildings are NON-SMOKING AND NOT PET FRIENDLY

There will be a $100.00 charge for smoking in a room. This includes  marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping. There are ample outside areas to smoke. Please note smoking marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the property. 

There be $150 charge for  smoking or pet in the room.

Please note: You will receive a notice your reservation has been sucessfully submitted and we will follow with a confirmation within 3 DAYS.

We do not have any discounts at this time and we do not accept American Express Cards. Please fill in all blanks including City, State, and ZIPCODE on the form. 

We are not taking reservations for 2026 until December 1, 2025. If you send it early it will not be recorded or replied to. We have limited bookkeeping staff at the moment.

If any problem with room availability we will email you within 3 days. Please call the office for same day reservations.
