Policies and Booking

 As an owner- operated motel, we do not have a 24/7 staffed front desk, so we greatly appreciate those guests who are able to book with us directly online through our website. If you prefer

to call please do so during office hours of 7-00-10:30am and 3:30 -9:30 pm.

We typically are unable to answer phone calls between 10:30 a.m and 3:30pm.This is valued time that we require for personel needs, administrative duties and maintinance.

Check-in begins after 3:30 pm. Early check-ins are allowed only with advance approval. To maintain our high standards we are typically preparing for the day's arrivals. If you arrive early please explore the town or enjoy our patio area.                         Check-out ends by 10:30 am. Later check-outs must be approved in advance or are subject to an additional fee of 25.00 up to the first hour.

Cancellation must be requested 24 hrs in advance by 3 pm for Sunday thru Thursday evenings or there will be a full charge. Cancellation up till 5 days in advance is required for a Friday or Saturday or there will be a full charge. There is a 25.00 per night per room cancellation fee any other time. If not cancelled the 25.00 fee will be used as a deposit on your room rate on arrival.

 All buildings are NON-SMOKING

There will be a $100.00 charge for smoking in a room. This includes  marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping. There are ample outside areas to smoke. Please note smoking marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the property. 

Pet Policy

  We love to have well behaved pets visit our 2 special units. We ask that they are not left alone in the room unless in a crate, allowed on the furniture, in baths, or on the beds. If excessive cleaning is required you will be charged accordingly.

  Please keep pets on a leash while walking them in the large area to the left of the buildings only.

 There will be an $100.00 charge for any pets brought on the property without being checked in, or taken in any other rooms.

Please note we do not have any discounts at this time and we do not accept American Express Cards. Please fill in all blanks including state, city and zipcode on the forms. 

Please make sure to send both forms. Submit form then Pay Deposit and Square will send a receipt for it. If any problem with room availability, we will call or email you within 3 days. 

WE are not taking reservations till Jan for 2025.
